worst customer service with collections.

I ADMIT I AM BEHIND AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR APPROX. 10 YEARS . CURRENTLY HAVE 3 LOANS WITH U AND AM LATE ON ONE. CALLS ARE 8 A DAY EVEN IF U ANSWER EVERY TIME. EMPLOYEES TALK SO RUDE TO U . THIS IS THE LAST MONEY AFTER THESE LOANS ARE PAID , THAT I WILL EVER S[END AT CONN'S . SINCE THEY CONTINUE TO HARASS ME AT WORK MANY OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS. SAD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO PAY YOUR CHECK.
