Conn's bad customer service
Just bought a sectional from Conn's . WORST experience ever!! Had to entertain family and friends at Christmas using fold up chairs and lawn chairs because Conn's didn't and wouldn't deliver the furniture I bought specifically for Christmas day. Refused to take care of the problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!
