Better furniture in the Flea Market than in Conns - fruniture

My husband and I purchase our first living room and a dinning set at Conns three months ago. The most terrifing experience of our life. They already replaced the left side of the sectional because it looked like a swing since we first set it up. Now the other side caved in on my mother in law, thank god she was not hurt (only weights 120lbs.) We are sitting at the floor because the four chairs of the dinning set are falling apart and I almost had in accident in one of them. At the beginning, I went back to the store for help and once they knew I was there for help they gave a 1-800 and ignored me. So now I am in my own trying to get the repair department to send someone to check the furniture and they tell it will take them two weeks to have someone available, Believe it or not.
