DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY!
I purchase a laptop that was about $1,000 and they told me a warranty( I PAID AN EXTRA $600 FOR IT). I was even given an examples of what might happen to the laptops that i would be covered! well i was on my last month of paying for the laptop, i literally only owed $100! i paid it off and about 1 week later my apartment got broken into! Well after the police report was given to Conns and the paperwork was shippped off we still have no response back after 6 weeks! Come to find out that the lady at Conns calls for my husband and finds out that the warranty does not cover the laptop! all she could do was say sorry!!! If i would have known that the extra warranty that i paid for ($600) was just a basically a manufacture warranty and didnt cover anything else i would have never bought it!!!!! They sure do have a way to make their money dont they!? All they did was give us the run around and made a fool of us! She should have know what she was selling, if i would have properly informed this would have been half way avoided.
