Broken bed/ terrible service


Me and my fiancé bought a bed last month. After they put it in our house they told us to inspect it. All they said to look for is scratches, THATS ALL. We had an issue and had to leave the house, so when we went to take the bed apart a bolt was busted in half somehow and would NOT come apart. So we called them September 27th and they said it would take 24 to 72 hours. Which was honestly not enough time cause we were leaving the next day. But we decided to leave it behind and just have them come pick it up. We called the next day and they said they couldn't pick it up because there's a no return policy and we were supposed to inspect it before the people that put it together left, but the service team did not say to lift up the damn mattress and check every bolt and screw in the bed. We've been calling conns every day since the 27th and have been transferred to everyone possible. Literally. Plus the customer service are the rudest people. We've been told that it couldn't be picked up, it would be a voluntary repo, that we had to be physically there when they picked it up, which isn't possible because we moved to Oklahoma and were not about to drive back to Texas for that. Then finally someone said they could come get it but we would be paying for it no matter what. Who wants to pay for something that they can't/don't have? Definitely not me. The thing that makes it worse is that the customer service people hang up on us on a regular basis, and one even told us "if they havent picked it up by now they probably aren't going to" and then HUNG UP. I'm sick and tired of the customer service and the whole entire company at this point. I finally blocked their number on my phone because they weren't even supposed to be contacting my phone, supposed to be calling my fiances. So there's that. Just this morning we got a call and the service team said they were there to pick up the bed, but guess what?? They did NOT call the person that lives in the house now to schedule the pick up time...and they didn't get to pick up today. The company name definitely fits them. Biggest "conns" around.
