I set up a payment plan with Conn's to pay on my account. I called the beginning of April to let them know I was unable to keep the plan because I was in a horrible accident and told them I would call them one I was back on my feet to set up a new plan. Ok, well my payment for April did not get deducted but when May 1, 2012 rolled around. $231.45 was deducted, which left me a negative balance in my account. Well that day I called and spoke to someone, he said he was going to process the refund and it would take 48-72 hours to be refunded back to my account. After waiting longer than 72 hours I called back because it was not yet refunded. The girl told me she was sending it to the manager to be refunded because it looked like it was never processed from the get go and now it would take another 48-72 hours to be refunded. I should've had my money back by now so when I woke up this morning, I checked my bank account. Still no money back. I called Conn's back this morning and they had to create a help desk ticket and it was sent to the manager but nothing else was done from there. It's now been a week and a half that my account has been negative and I have been unable to purchase groceries for my family (3 small children). I'm getting VERY frustrated and would like my money back now! Since I cancelled my payment plan in the beginning of April, technically money was taken out unauthorized! Please return my money before I have to take this further! Thank you!
