1. Cant deliver on time
2. Failure to connect Ice Maker

3. Managers wont accept responsibility
4. Everyone is a manager on your phone system- but dont cover your city.
5. Manager quickly flips you to another depart. And you get referred back to same person.
6. Phone system keeps you in a continuous cycle if your employee does not answer.
7. Weekend support staff dont communicate with each other.
