Furniture - LG Refrigerator Delivery


The delivery guys unilaterally decided to take my new refrigerator back to their warehouse cause they not haul away subzeros but nothing on their policy say that.
At the moment of my purchase the salesperson forgot to include that particularly haulaway note. When the delivery manager called to confirm the delivery she don't include the haulaway note about my subzero either.
I called the store manage store manager transferred call to the delivery manager nothing. Then i called customer service... bah a total waste of time we still waiting for that lady call us back. Awful awful experience I trying to recover myself after this very horrible experience. I'm still have no fridge tonight food everywhere... completely clueless how to claim my rights as a consumer very frustrated. This people doesn't care about their customers.
