Conn's SCAMMERS broken IPAD - iPad !st generation

I have been a loyal customer to Conns for years. I had a few problems with the HP computer that I had bought but all were just repairs after repairs. Ofcourse extended warranties don't last forever but my main complain was with my IPAD. I paid roughly $1000 dollars this is including tax and extended warranty I purchased. Mind you, the warranty was not $50 or $100. It was around $300!!. I purchased it because the salesman guaranteed me that everything was going to cover my IPad. I But they just care about their commision. It included service and maintaince and accidental damage. I felt safe with the coverage. Close to the end of my extended warranty I have an accident happen to my ipad. my son forgets it on the back of my vehicle and it falls off to the ground. I remembered he had it and turn around to look for it. When I find it, it has already been ran over. I call the Conns near my house and a lady looks into my account and says "No worries you're covered come on in and we'll replace it" So I go. When I get there the manager tells me no that I'm not covered. When I ask to look at my account I see that I do have coverage. I pointed it out and he then said Oh you're right. As if he were new to his job. The ipad is sent to their processing center. Somehow they say it is repaired. But I demand a new one. I mean who knows how long it will last working. Well I already talked to several managers and corporate office. ....They don't give a shit. They didn't care what I said they did not budge in apoligizing or replacing my ipad. When I asked why they said it wasn't an accident to them it was negligence. So what is an accident to them? She responded a minor scratch on the side of ipad not on glass or a maintnance issue. ...OK but wouldn't they want to just repair that as well instead of giving me a new one. They are such scammers anyway you see it they will give you the runaround to not give you a replacement. They are all about repair, repair, repair until your warranty is over. They are scammers!!!! Will not refer them to any one BEWARE! This is at all Conns it deals with the same corporate office. My friend had the similar situation happen but she bought hers at Best Buy. They immediatley replaced hers that same day without questions asked. I will be buying my appliances from Best Buy.
