I am extremely disappointed in Conn's Customer Service. Their Account Manager's are helpful, but I don't know how a large Corporation like Conn's is unable to solve an error they made, by ensuring that their customers bank accounts are not compromised. I was going to make a payment over the phone. I had been doing so for quite some time, and I was never charged a fee for payment over the phone. I immediately asked if it could be waived, and the account manager said "No". I told her I was going to make the payment in one of their stores. After I made my payment in the store, Conn's still debited a check for the same amount. This was never authorized. This caused over $250 dollars in charges. It has been two weeks and they continue to tell me that I have 3 more weeks before I get all my money back.

Don't ever give any information to an account manager who obviously is either not paying attention, or is clearly an idiot.

my ex wife bought a washer from conns and came out be defected it did not work at all and we took back to the store and the same way happened know the mortor got really hot and was burning and againg we call them and threat us that if in 24 hours we needed take it back other wise they were going charge us a 15% restock fe so to make more faster they exchanged it for onother one know that one was leaking all over from under the washer also check this out all the washers come with water on them i dont think this is normal and in the pachaged the brand does not come out on the box with name like example lg or maytag only on a white paper that the factory puts in there something is going wrong and i think that people are been abused what happens is that all washers are been repaired and sold like new ones because the lost one w pick up came with a dead lizard inside the tub think twice before you all shoip at conns maybe the only things that might be new are the tvs if you purchased a washer take a look at the carton and look where the brand is located and the water that comes on it a new washer never comes with water inside ckeck around like best buy sears and lacks thank you

Two days prior to Thanksgiving our washing broke. We contact Conn's immdediatly because we purchased the extended warranty. We were informed that a tech would be at our home the next day. Three weeks later and twenty calls, still no service tech. After hauling 42 loads of cloths to the laundry, we finally got a tech to our house. He said he repaired the wash and when we went to wash cloths, same problem.....broken spin cycle. We then called to ask for service again and they returned for a second time, several hours later....problem solved??!!?? Went to wash cloths again this morning and broken washer. This company cared about us when we were making payments but now that the machine is paid off and broken..... we are not a concern. DO NOT BUY FROM CONNS THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR THEM!!!!!!! Terrible customer service and do not stand behind their service agreements.
