    I came into Conns on November 28th around 4pm. I was requesting a price adjustment for a tablet that I purchased. When I showed one of the sales people the add from Best Buy they told me that they could not honor Black Friday deals. I then proceeded to point out that the tablet was not a Black Friday deal it will be on sale for the rest of the week. Jeff (one of the managers) told me that if I came back on Monday and the tablet was still on sale he would honor the price.     ADVERTISEMENT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/ POOR WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY SERVICE - Alexandra Bedroom Set If you don't wont your worst nightmare to happen do not buy any furniture from conn's ; they have the worst warehouse/delivery service I have ever seen; it has been three week since they started the first delivery for my bedroom set and I am still sleeping on the floor; after three different scheduled delivery dates I was told they did not have the bed rails; at this point I feel like once they get your money your on your own; you have to do all of the calling to find out...     I set up a payment plan with Conn's to pay on my account. I called the beginning of April to let them know I was unable to keep the plan because I was in a horrible accident and told them I would call them one I was back on my feet to set up a new plan. Ok, well my payment for April did not get deducted but when May 1, 2012 rolled around. $231.45 was deducted, which left me a negative balance in my account.     We purchased a Samsung 51", 3D, Plasma TV on 10/26/11 for our son and his family as a Christmas gift. The TV was given to them during our gift exchange on Christmas Eve. The TV was installed at my son's house on Christmas Day and worked great until the day after Christmas when it just went dark. After calling Conn's and Samsung repair, we were told by Conn's that the TV had been in our possession for over 30 days from date of purchase. Samsung came out to my son's house on 1/2/11.     Have a repair call going on a month on our lawnmower. Was supposed to take 7-10 days for parts. When I call to check status, always a different story: 1) did you pay for parts (I was told I didn't have to); 2) parts are taking longer than expected; 3) don't see that any parts were ordered. Lady at customer service call center was very rude and not helpful. After making it clear that I was not happy with the way this was being handled, she said she'd call the guy that initially came out to look at it and have him call me.   • Samsung Washer and Dryer



    On my anniversary this year I spent almost $3600 on a Samsung top of the line washer and dryer with the bins and extended warranty. The washer was delivered with scratches and the dryer had no drying tray. I signed the delivery slip stating the problems...the delivery guy said that Conn's would call me to replace it. Now it is a month later with numerous hours on the phone and nothing has been done. The store manager said he would replace it if he could...but it would be up to the delivery manager.
